Monica A. Neshat, D.D.S.

Dr. Monica A. Neshat, a Northern Virginia native, earned her Bachelor of Science from The George Washington University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.  Dr. Neshat is a high-energy and intensely focused person. Her passion and enthusiasm for dentistry, and her sincere interest in her patients is contagious. She has never been satisfied with the status quo and always strives for excellence. Dr. Neshat feels the truest measure of a doctor's commitment to their patients is the continued education and training far beyond the basics of general dentistry.  She is continuously educating herself by taking countless hours of continuing education, lectures, and hands-on courses in the latest dental advances.  Dr. Neshat is dedicated to providing outstanding dental care and an exceptional dental experience for her patients.

After researching several postgraduate teaching facilities, Dr. Neshat chose the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) - the epicenter of cutting edge dentistry. She found that LVI teaches the most advanced procedures and techniques including the "Extreme Makeover" smiles that have become so popular. She has completed several advanced education courses at LVI focusing on state-of-the-art aesthetic, restorative, and TMJ (jaw joint) techniques.

Needless to say, Dr. Neshat loves being a dentist.  She is open and honest, and her female touch and appreciation for excellence makes her patients feel instantly at ease.  She looks forward to meeting you in Reston.

Cheryl
Cheryl has over 10 years of extensive experience in the medical and dental fields.  Her outgoing and upbeat personality brings joy to both our team and patients alike.  She finds pleasure in making sure your dental visit is an exceptional experience.  As our Administrative Coordinator, she is in charge of all patient financial concerns.  She will also be responsible for scheduling all your appointments to help keep your teeth healthy and your smile bright!!

 

 

Maria
Maria is an integral member of our team where her exceptional clinical experience of 7 years is welcomed.  She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English. She loves working with our patients to achieve and maintain great oral health and guiding them towards total body health.  Always friendly, Maria can answer your questions and quell any anxiety you may have. 

 

 

Sheng
Sheng has been in the dental field for 5 years now.  She is a skilled dental assistant and also helps out at the front desk.  Her sense of humor and friendly nature make her a great permanent addition to our team! 

 

 

 

Benaz
Benaz is the mother of Dr. Neshat.  She is an elemental member of our team, always brightening our day.  She comes a few times a week to say hello to our patients and help out at the front desk.  Make sure to say hello at your next visit.
